As for dining options, Lolo’s Surf Cantina, their onsite park side Mexican restaurant, features breakfast, lunch and dinner serving authentic dishes created by Chef/Partner Richard Ampudia, a Mexico City native. Enjoy such classic street food specialties like Queso fundido; molten chihuahua cheese, Oaxaca cheese, pico de gallo with chorizo and pork carnitas or for a lighter fresher option, Salmon ceviche with pico de gallo, mango, radish, fennel, cucumber, capers, cilantro, red onions with a citrus vinaigrette and plantain chips. For a vegetarian option, roasted heirloom cauliflower with mashed avocado, salsa roja, queso fresco and toasted pumpkin seed is delightful.

Azabu Miami Beach, conceived by Plan Do See’s Michelin-starred Sushi Azabu, New York, offers an authentic Japanese dining experience with a variety of gourmet selections. Helmed by Chef Masatsugu Kubo (Chef Masa) and Kenichi (Ken) Fujimoto, Azabu Miami Beach offers a full-service dining room with 80 seats, an 11-seat hidden sushi counter; The Den, where Tokyo-trained chefs serve Omakase exclusively and Bar Azabu, a classic cocktail bar featuring sakes and more than 40 imported whiskies. Enjoy the experience to its fullest and order a variety of sharable dishes like Robata-grilled Yakitori, Japanese friedrice served tableside on a sizzling Tobanyaki grill and other traditional fare. Also featured is a large, open format kitchenwhere guestscan observe and enjoy chefs preparing dishesusing the customary Japanese cooking method Robata.
